i have been building pcs for quite a few years and thats the strangest build i have ever seen. I flipped the pic around a few times because i couldnt tell which way around it went. Usually its the left side panel i have to remove to access the motherboard, not the right and what is that under the graphics card? Anyway, it confirmed what i suspected was your problem. You have very little or no air-flow inside your comp, the cables and whatever it is under the graphics card are blocking the air. And why is your motherboard upside-down or am i not looking at the pic the right way?
I'll try to upload a pic of my current build soon to illustrate my point but i think the best bet for you now would be to find a hardware forum.

The front is to the left, should have mentioned that. It's the memory at the bottom left of the video card (at least that is what I think you are referring too). If it is indeed an airflow problem, would my gpu still be overheating if the side was open and was getting regular air from and external fan? By wire, do you mean the white one or all the black ones(or both)? The white one isn't directly blocking the fan, more to the side of it. Lol, and I have no clue about the upside down motherboard.

Also took your advice and posted on a tech forum.

The case may be the problem. It looks quite small and everything crammed in there its really no wonder its overheating

Perhaps if he removed a side of the PC, and left it open. Risky and open to dust but it may remedy the overheating issue a bit...

Tried that. Actually the temps I'm getting are WITH the side open.
