i have been building pcs for quite a few years and thats the strangest build i have ever seen. I flipped the pic around a few times because i couldnt tell which way around it went. Usually its the left side panel i have to remove to access the motherboard, not the right and what is that under the graphics card? Anyway, it confirmed what i suspected was your problem. You have very little or no air-flow inside your comp, the cables and whatever it is under the graphics card are blocking the air. And why is your motherboard upside-down or am i not looking at the pic the right way? I'll try to upload a pic of my current build soon to illustrate my point but i think the best bet for you now would be to find a hardware forum.

The case may be the problem. It looks quite small and everything crammed in there its really no wonder its overheating
