Use Gecko OS/USB Gecko cheats in Dolphin?

There's already a large amount of cheats and codes for the Wii with the Gecko OS/USB Gecko, and it'd be a shame to not be able to use them in dolphin.

If I understand correctly, dolphin's current cheat system is different from Gecko OS/USB Gecko, making the codes incompatible. Can someone confirm/deny this?

man, was this really that noobish of a question? I can't test myself because my cpu doesn't support SSE2...

...seriously? seriously? Nobody knows, nor can even try a gecko os code? If you need one, here's an entire site dedicated to listing them:
