wiimote plugin missing

i m using windows xp 64 sp2
i have installed vcredist_x64
i have check the plugin drop down list , it is empty

can't init any wiimote plugins
couldn't init the core and check your conifguration

Thank You , i have updated to directx 9c . now it is working
