question 'bout DX9 plugin?

I know that all later dolphin builds don't have dx9 plugin,but the fact that my PC got the onboard VGA-intel 945.it means I can't use openGL plugin cause it will get error"can not renderer...."!?! so anyone please post here the revision of Dolphin which got dx9 plugin for me?I can't find it anywhere?!? even in our 4rum >'<
