MGSTS: Now Runs Correctly! (literally)

There are still some graphical glitches with the codec and item system, but Snake now moves at a correct pace without that annoying running in place animation.

Settings:
Rev 2813 JITIL
Dual Core
Idol Skipping
Native Resolutions
No filtering or AA.
EFB to System RAM

Video still coming.

This is also not an April Fools joke, I was actually gonna make it one but then it actually worked lol.

Ya I got it again once i tried to make the video, then i reloaded and it worked, its lile its random or something. Also the screen turns purple at times, the video is uploading now on youtube that worked. Its by no means playable yet cuz I Seem to also run in random dierections like if I hold down on my analog stick he will at somepoint start to run upwards.
