What does wiimote LEDs look like after it connects?

I'm having trouble connecting a wiimote to a Vista computer with bluetooth. The controller is recognized (ie Vista can detect the discovery signal), and I can install it. Afterwards Vista wants to install some HID drivers and asks to reboot. But the whole time, the four LEDs on the controller flash and flash, or they just all turn off, which probably means something is wrong. I'm probably going to try getting a bluetooth adapter or installing a different bluetooth stack, but I was wondering if it connects properly, does just 1 LED (for controller 1) light up?

Thanks,
- Eli

it should all flash. Once you boot up a game from dolphin, only the first led would stay solid.

I'm running a software called WiinRemote - it's supposed to grab the readings from controller, but it doesn't connect to the controller, because it never seems to connect properly to Vista in the first place.
