Could Someone please help in getting Soul Calibur 2 to work?

Could someone please help me in getting Soul Calibur 2 to work?

I tried normal Dolphin and it freezes at character screen, intro movie was corrupted.

Someone told me to try DolphinIL, in IL version nothing starts, it just shows info about the CPU and then black screen.

Use this version:

Only Open the EMu IL and Select Soul Calibur NTSC ISO and Have Fun.

thanks, that at least works somewhat.

1)is it possible to fix the intro movie? so those errors stop popping up?
2)game is smooth, but every 20 seconds or so game freezes for 5-10 seconds, sound still plays, but screen is frozen.
3)game seems to play in 2 times the normal speed
