Can you load game from disc?

Instead of iso's can you also put original disc in your pc to emulate?

I tried a Original Zelda Twilight wii disc but i get error that no disc or no gc/wii backup. With notice that most orginal cannot be read so i tried backup:

I tried a backup of mario kart wii disc drive keeps on loading, though nothing shows up.

That would require you to buy a specific LG DVD drive.
