Not meaning to sound ungrateful to the Dolphin team in any way but it seems all games "less important" than SMG are being overlooked right now

Authors will work on the games THEY want to see working. It is, after all, THEIR project.
Fortunately, the project is open source.... so there is nothing stopping you from figuring out what is causing those games to hang and fixing them yourselves.

Now a little less complaining would be appreciated.

Well. I'm not a programmer. So I can't fix it. Is there anyone who want?

I tried to fix it to stop the hangs in-game on Zelda WW while playing with sound, and now it crashes before the title screen.
Guess I'll be more patient in the future and wait for the authors to fix it instead.

Ok. I've found that DOR1 was ingame with Dolphin Final 1.03 Beta, and here's the result.

Unfortunately FPS is very low. So, Howthe hell this game was playable with first version and non of revisions can run it. I'm waiting for SvR 2010. I don't think anyone will make these two great games (DOR 1 & 2) playable.

I noticed the same thing, I remember playing this game way back with earlier versions of dolphin. It did not run too well but the game would make it past the entrances and let you play a match. I wonder if there is a way to look at the coding on that older emulator and see what it is that is stopping the game from starting.

Dolphin gets updated so often It would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to pinpoint the exact change that broke this game in the last few thousand revisions.

Ok. I've tried revisions 5, 24, 28, 100, 500,700. The game hangs in the same place (after characters entrances). So I think there's no such revision that can run the game and the change that broke the game was made in the beginning. But anyway there's no dev. who own the game and there's no devs among people who want to play it.

Well, I don't think it will be fixed. Look, over 4000 of revisions don't run the game. And if the game will work with some next rev it will be an accident (because someone changed something, trying to make another game work).

That's not by accident, thats how it works. The devs are working towards more accurate emulation all the time. Eventually all games will work. At least thats the plan anyway.

who knows they could fix it for the next revision, but i know what your saying it isnt probably on the top of their list of games to fix. I did a little bit of visual basic in college, but am not very good at coding. Does Dolphin have some type of Debug mode were you can actually see were in the coding the error occurs (the freeze before the match starts)? I have never messed with the Dolphin coding.

You can start Dolphin in debugger with dolphin.exe -d

dabadguy, that's exactly what I mean, isn't on the top of the list. If there will be problems with searching old beta3, just let me know.

Hey guys, I signed up to say that Day of Reckoning 2 is one of my all time favorite games. I'm gonna try and get the emulator and the game running soon.

I just wanna know real quick if it is possible to modify things in the game iso like songs and textures. If so, that would be amazing. I remember being able to do this with the pc version of RAW so I was just wondering.

I'm a total wrestling fan as you can tell by my youtube videos.

I'll be around.

kingofmyworld32 from what i know you arent able to modify songs. As far as textures, i believe there is an option to rip textures out of the game, but I dont think you can add them in. I could be wrong though. Good luck trying to fix this because the DOR series on the cube was great.
