Don't you mean the other way around? RAW is the entire memory card.

Open Dolphin. Go to Tools > Memcard Manager
From the Memcard Manager click on Browse, and open MemoryCard(A/B).USA.raw
find your save in the list and select it, Choose Export GCI

Wii

On the Wii, the savegames will be read from and written to the front SD slot. Memory card should be in slot B.
Yeah, I have homebrew channel.

Put GZLE_gczelda.gci in the front SD slot then follow the instruction and it will written to Memory Card Slot B ? I am confused.

it is necessary to have your gci file(s) in the folder (SD card):\MCBACKUP\
insert your memory card into wii slot B (Nintendo Brand memory cards do not work with any homebrew app on wii)
