Big Plugin Problem

My plugins are completely failing. Whenever I try to do anything it tells me that my plugins cannot be found, but I see them in the folder. Is there anything I can do?

E: Yes, I have DirectX9, I use it for another program as well.

In some latest revision you need to set them in boxes like Graphics:OpenGL plugin...
