working Dolphin Compilation...

Hi,
i downloaded the Dolphin SVN 2018 and wants to play Metroid Prime 3 PAL Version, but it don't works fluently and... see your self^^(my english isn't so good to describe it:P)

I have windows vista 32 bit.

You didn't enable Safe Texture Cache in the OpenGL plugin.
