Beyblade Super Tournament Battle: Is it playable?

I've searched the forums and the web and im 90% sure the answers no. I tried my copy with Dolphin 1713 and 1842 but no luck. The thread I found,the 1 here just turned into an argument thread and people got it locked.

I cannot get it to load past the Atari logo with either version no matter my config. I wanted to try the old official dolphins from a while back, as I read 1 of them had it playable(from 2004 the post I think it was), with gliches and what not, I wanted to see how bad it was for myself. But I cannot get a hold of the older emu's, everything links to SVN emulators.

So is Beyblade STB out of the question when it comes to playing? Any workarounds to get past the Atari logo when its loading up?
