vsync in opengl?

I was wondering if there was a way to wait for vsync in fullscreen (or window) with the OpenGL plugin. There isn't an option for it..
If not in dolphin, is there a way I could do it outside of the emu? Like, vsync wait in nvidia properties somewhere. Although, I have the newest version of nvidia nvtune (I think) and I don't see the option anywhere.

System: Windows Vista x64
Video card: GeForce 9800 gx2

It should be in the "NVIDIA Control Panel right" on "Manage 3D Settings" not in nvtune.
