Exclamation PANIC! Error

I get this error when trying to play Pokemon Channel.

I was hoping someone could tell me what this means?

Just some DVD read bug my guess, we use the function "PanicAlert" when we want to display a error box.

So could it be my fault?
Think maybe I ripped the game wrong or something?

Its a GameCube game, but an .iso.

Edit:
I just got off the phone with my friend (he's the one who ripped the game for me).
He said he used GCOS, could this have something to do with it?

Well, when I look at the "root" of my other games there are a bunch of files in it. But for this one, there's only "opening.bnr"???

What is that, and is that ok?

Update:
Ok, here are two screens, comparing Pokemon Colosseum:

To Pokemon Channel:

All my other games have alot of files under "File System", so maybe there's a problem with my .iso?

Thanks...
And yes, "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" for the Wii.
Although, I don't think it works with dolphin yet.
