Resident Evil Remake Disc 2 on r1398

I've seen various threads asking about the disc change with the Resident Evil Remake. I don't know how to actually swap the discs, but it seems the newest revisions of Dolphin can load memory card saves from Disc 2. I downloaded a Disc 2 save (Rebecca Chambers at last save point) at Gamefaqs.com and it worked fine for me in r1398. Which brings me to my next question... does anyone have a memory card save of Chris and/or Jill at the very beginning of Disc 2?

The Problem Never was load the savegames, the problem is if you finish the DVD you can´t chango to the DVD 2

isn't the last save from disc 1 the same as the first for the 2nd disc? i mean, i think you can start disc 2 with that save.
