"Booting..."

I'm having trouble booting Animal Crossing: City Folk. I open up the ISO. and it says "No Joystick Detected" then it goes to another message saying "booting..." and that's it. It just stays like that. It's not frozen, but it wont load.

Also I'm using this version of dolphin: http://www.dolphin-emu.com/wp-conten...lphin_v102.zip

Help will be awesome.
