Looks pretty good except for that horrible graphics card. :/

Anyway, just give it a shot. It's not going to run full speed, but it'll give you a good idea of how well your system can handle it. Afterwards, start looking into a better graphics solution.

Unhappy Graphics Suggestions

PLEASE suggest a graphics card that is good for PC gaming in general. I used a N64 emu and got up to 60fps but when i tried ngc i get only 17 fps.

Well, how much are you willing to spend? If we had a budget to work with we can really narrow it down for you. Otherwise it's easy to just tell you to go and buy the fastest (and most expensive) card available.

ChaosCode's recommendation for the 8800GT is a good choice. You can also try going to a site like newegg.com and browse the video cards. Find some you think you might like and ask for a recommendation here. (or google up a review of the cards)

Note that the N64's hardware is a lot older / weaker than the Gamecube, I can run PJ64 at 60FPS on a 1.6Ghz Pentium M Processor / GeForce FX Go5200 Graphics laptop which can barley run the PC version of Halo PC.

If you're going to use your PC for new PC games the 8600GT will not suffice, I have one it run games but if you'd like good graphics step up a bit, I only suggest (I will never recommend the 8600) if you really don't want to pay for a GPU but want to play legally owned GC games.

There's also the fact that the N64 emulator is a helluva lot more complete than the GC emulator. Games that would be child's play if ported to the PC are still very hard to run on the emulator.

ATi has buggy drivers and the x64 ones are even more buggy at least with OpenGL. In fact, I couldn't even install the 8.8 driver, the installer kept crashing on me so I switched to NVIDIA.

Everything is good apart from your graphics card. You need a new one.
