i have one other question, i am trying to play luigis mansion, and it doesnt even run on 1 fps, and i have a new computer and it isnt that bad. i was wondering what i could do to speed it up

use one of the newest builds, havent seen any slow luigi's manison problem for a long time, make sure you are using OGL plugin thou.
