Nah. The whole concept of the Wii is the mote and nunchuk because that's the awesome game experience you don't want to **** that up..

You can do all that ,but the wii mote pointer no

Use Xpadder 5.3

Download it from this thread [Wii] Wario Land: Shake It! / The Shake Dimension (Official Thread)

You could actually map the mouse (which controls the wiimote pointer) using joytokey, which I use instead of xpadder.

You can map the mouse with xpadder too, you know. Btw, that is an awesome controller. I had it at some point, but it broke. I donīt remember how.

i don't think it's a bad idea... But yeah you will ruin the gameplay experience with this method. I actually have a wiimote and it's soo much fun than playing with a regular controller, so i know what i'm saying. Now, i think it would be a good idea to emulate the nunchuck by using the analog stick of the joypad. (but maybe only for me =( ), cause my nunchuck died in an horrible foot accident hahaha

!

I don't will ruin the gameplay for ALL games
That control is great for Mario strikers charged football and for some other games that doesn't need the wiimote

PS:My logitech controller is broken, too I don't know why...

Why do you consider that this will ruin the experience? I found that controller scheme much more interesting and accurate than a keyboard+mouse.

and yes, i HAVE a wii so i know how the feeling is lost without the wiimote... but a gamepad seems much more adecuate than the keyboard.

But seriously don't you think is a little too much triying to fit 2 controllers inside one?
The nunchuck it's not just a N64 Analog stick floating around, not even a shaking stick...
It's like an analog wiimote, so by using a controller you will be doing a really incomplete emulation of it. I'm no developer, but i think no one will want to code something soo incomplete, wich doesn't reflect the real use of the hardware.

I think they should make the wiimote plugin configurable in order to set our owns keys for tilt/shake/etc... Then we could just use Xpadder.

I'm not against it, i just have a different opinnion...
(I really want nunchuck with my gamepad Btw)

That Logitech controller is **** as hell. Just buy a X360 or buy a real Wii mote. They are cheap but the topic starter is poor I guess.

Sorry but a x360 sucks... Buy Nintendo Game Cube controller (suitable for Dolphin emulator because it is NINTENDO!!!!) or a real Wii mote.

Did you ever play with a X360 controller? It's the best gamepad on this planet. X360 and PS3 are both best pads but 360 better cause you can easily use it on pc. I think that you dont know what you are talking about. Are you hispanic?

Uhm it's not about the look. It's about how it feels, how it reacts and how it handles. I know much about controllers cause I work in a gaming store. I tested a lot of controllers. I know one thing for sure. X360 best controller in world, 2nd PS3, 3rd Wii Mote. All the other controllers are crap or fake remakes like the Logitech one..

Of course, I play with it.. I dislike its design and it is too fat and... I dont like the feel with it. It is your taste.. Some of us dont like it. That's normal. No argument, ok ? Oh yeah, it's ugly looking too. No, thanks.

I prefer PS3/PS2 and Game Cube controller. They are comfortable and cool looking and nice design. The nintendo 64 was worse.

I find that offensive. And i add to that your first statement, questioning the thread author and calling him poor. He has every right to NOT buy something if he doesn't want to.
I have a wiimote and use a x360 controller with dolphin because i don't want to get a bluetooth dongle just now. I guess that makes me an ignorant, poor stupid. And adding that i'm from Argentina and i speak spanish... probably you consider me scum.
But, hey! You sell controllers for a living! we should all hear what you say!

HAhaha being myself a hispanic speaker... I got quite offended by that comment =(
ahhah not really, but please refrain of doing those comments. Further more it wasn't even related to the topic, so it's just plain rude.

Kinda offtopic

Totally agree to RockmanForte - It's some subjective thing! Just being plugable to a PC is not that huge argument, cause nearly any kind of joypad can be used on PC these days. X360 is not more than a pimped PC suitable or games, so obviously the joypad can be used for PC too, it's "Microcrap" monopoly tactics. ^^
Well... Sony got the style and way of design, but Nintendo has the inovative ideas when it comes to controlers. They know how to make new concepts that provide "fun!" and gameplay
BTW: Bad way of argumentation Laurensnl... very bad. Watch your words!

I think it's not about being comfortable or good looking. I think it's about getting use to it. I recall those moments where NES controller was so cool (when in fact it was just "another brick in the hand"). Traveling in time we reach N64 (with Mario and Zelda - perfect for these games). A little bit further GC and PS2. So, I think it's just something you get use to.
