I guess the only thing you can do is to download a freshly compiled Dolphin and extract it into a separate directory, then replace the .dll and try then. Since it must be an issue on your side.

You just have to install the last Redist of Directx (November 2008) and it will work.

@hwc : are you going to be a member of the team to fix DirectX problems? I hope so if it can work for other graphic cards .
