I'm using r2666, i've tried later builds all with worse results, IMO, that is the optimal build for Tatsunoko vs Capcom, and it doesn't crash as much, I turn off Dsound throttle, With it on, i lose a lot of fps unlike other games that just run at normal speed with it on, It does stutter every now and then but only when i do a special move, I have no AA on and no force bilinear filtering, EFB to GL texture, And Safe texture cache on Also it doesn't mix very well with fraps so I had to close down all my stuff to minimize the fps impact that fraps had |

E8400 4GHz, 4GB of RAM and a 216 GTX 260. 2 or 4 characters is no big deal. The only place I get less than 60 FPS at 1920x1080 is on the Donkey Kong level that scrolls upwards. I hate that level :P I think that is the problem. Having a Quad or an i7 means nothing to Dolphin since it does not use more than 2 cores. If you want a better experience you would need to bump it up to at least 3.0GHz (if not more). |

So that's the problem. My computer is total crap (specs in my sig). EDIT: Funny thing. I finally went and tried to give Dual Core a try, even if crashy, and it doubles the menu crashes but jumps from crappy 15 FPS speed to a splendid FULL SPEED! It WAAAAY compensates the crashes, which only happen in menus anyway.

Guilty Gear XX A-Core -PAL- WII on Dolphin revision 2754 IL with OGL plugin of 1560 FRAPS CUT MY SPEED DOWN DRASTICALLY this game runs perfectly with the throttle OFF , and use 844 hack and safe cache texture and dual core ON , and optimize quantizers ON. The fps is like 70~80 seriously which is perfect for this game. The music and graphics seems to be perfect. I havent noticed any glitches or wierd issues. It just runs GOOD Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party - WII running on Dolphin revision 2754 IL with OGL plug-in of 2560 Last edited by pyrotekniq; March 28th, 2009 at 03:09.. It is NTSC and I am 80% sure that I had to patch it after I ripped it. I also agree with you with the whole FRAPS thing killing performance. I have been thinking for a while now that a Tri or Quad CPU would help in that department, so I just purchased a 940BE online. I really hope that this helps offload some of the load FRAPS puts on my current Dual. ![]() 720p Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles Watch it in YouTube HD |
