You need to modify the game config and under [Core] and put TLBhack = 1

On the video page you mention "downscaled to 960x580 due to capture software limitations" then you state you are using fraps. Fraps can capture up to 2560x1600 resolution so what exactly is the issue?

Older version of fraps, plus I used Windows Movie maker, anyways, i just updated fraps and deleted the video, I'm re-upping a higher quality one

And yes it is dolphin, You can tell by the glitches on the life bar and how it's all green

BTW, what resolution were you rendering at? Was it actually 720p or something higher like 1080p?
