Dolphin is the best emulator, period. It's a better emulator than any other, and I'm not just talking about GC/Wii emulation. Dolphin is better than any console emulator for any system.

You are so ****ing wrong... Dolphin may be the best emulator FOR GAMECUBE... PCSX2 is in a totally diferent state of development, ePSXe, GBA, N64, etc etc etc...

Wrong again... comparing performance, compat, options, plugins, stability, etc, Dolphin is one of the worst emulators today, cuz all of the list of emulators I've mention is better.

Simple.

no we are not fuc***g wrong,at Dolphin u can use a Original Wii-Mote,Dolphin is more clever than you're ps2 emu, because 1.It can Emulate Wii too 2.It is really easy to make a NDS or GBA or GB or G Emu ! 3.The games for the Gamecube wich are available for the PS2 too, runs better on DOlphin (for me )
or not ??

Is a shame, that the devs are losing the track of the main purpose of this emulator (emulate correctly the GameCube), and are working harder on the side effect of Dolphin(as stated for the devs months ago), which is emulating the Wii...

Hey people stop please discussing about this nonsense(no offense).. every emulator is great as every emulator is a master piece.

of course some emulators are better than other but at the end every emulator has positive and negative sides. many of them use external plugins which is great if you ask me but it also brings some bad sides with it.. and that´s mostly stability and speed problems sometimes.... why? very simple some plugins are developed by other coders and it depends on them what they do so it could cause problems or it could work well.

so you can´t actually say which emu is the best... the best emulator is the emu that fits your needs and also that works best for you!... very simple isn´t?

Regards

I believe most of the Wii games i have are playable but they need to be gamepad compatible so that we can emulate the wiimote buttons to get into the game or ingame...

Any emulator that is emulating it's current generation of games is the best. The PS2 is so played out, it's really lame, not to mention the PS3 is out.

Wise.

Anyways, it IS posible to make comparations after all.

Anyways, I understad that some ppl are really happy with the great improves of Dolphin, and the devs are doing a really nice job too, but lets face it, if I take Dolphin and I compare it with.. lets say, ePSXe... well... the result is ovbious.

But.. the comparation is unfair actually.

There's no better or "best" emulator, they all have different goals and different devs that work on them however and whenever they want, and each one of them (emus/plugins/devs) are just awesome to say the least.

Competition is good sometimes but this thread is pointless.
