Broken Games List

Do not post any game that has small graphics bugs or any small and very low priority problems, the Dolphin emulator is not perfect

This is a list of game that are not playable, really bad graphics problems, or just crash at boot, or have random crashes, or a bug that makes the game unbeatable.

[How To Report Issue]
Please report any broken or very buggy games that are not this list:
PLEASE POST YOUR INFORMATION IN THIS FORM! (don't need to include the stars)

-*Game Title*: *reason* {reported by *your profile name*}
--Revision *#*, *x86 or x64*, *OpenGL or Direct3D*, *CPU type*, *OS version*, *Audio Plugin*, *Input Plugin

or also what bugs have been fixed in new revisions of Dolphin.
-Thanks!

[Other Lists]

[Game List]
-Animal Crossing: Video is not working in-game. It only shows a small line of gfx at the bottom of screen. Sound works and speed is around 15-30 fps on my system. {reported by Player594}

-Bloody Roar Primal Fury: goes black after the first screen. {reported by shogun_nihon}
-Burnout 1: PAL doesn't work. It hangs on a screen saying Loading. Dolphin R413 and DX9 plugin {reported by darkh4wk}

-Dragonball Z Sagas: Crash due TLB error. {Reported by: ZuuZou}

-F-Zero GX: TLB {reported by jmasterx}

-Cel Damage: does not work. Crashes upon menu. {reported by T-nm}
-Crash Nitro Kart: TLB {reported by jmasterx}

-Luigi's Mansion(update): some graphical bugs and game tends to crash randomly {reported by omegadox}
--Revision 593, x86 or x64, OpenGL or Direct3D, Intel Core 2 Duo, Windows Vista, HLE, SimplePAD

-Mario Golf Toadstool Tour: TLB after course selection {reported by jmasterx}
-Mario Kart: Double Dask: Many graphical problems, and freeze going to next track {reported by omegadox}
-Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes (PAL): TLB crash from the start {reported by xcedf}
-Metroid Prime 1: Incorrect/Missing textures throughout the pirate ship where you land and Samus' arm is missing. Also, there seems to be no overlay whatsoever with the HUD, intro text, and opening menu options. Shortly after landing, the game crashes randomly. Sometimes it stays on long enough for you to jump, walk forward, etc. Othertimes Dolphin immidietly crashes. Turning off optimize quantizers makes the sound go all the way until you land uninterrupted, meanwhile, with it on the sound breaks and stops working at any given time. And on an interesting note, when restarting MP1 dolphin emits this high pitched noise that continues until it's shut down and restarted. {reported by Darkt123}
--Revision 803, x64, OpenGL and Direct3D, Intel e8400 core2duo @3.6GHZ, Windows Vista Ultimate x64 SP1, DSP-HLE, njoy v0.3
-Metriod Prime 2 Echoes(new issue): Scanner does not work {reported by omegadox}

-Naruto Ultimate ninja 2: crashes in ultimate road mode and vs mode {reported by redlofredlof}
-Need for Speed Most Wanted: TLB crash instantly. {reported by -Shockwave-}

-Paper Mario: does not go further after speaking to Frankly, but i guess that is a bug similar to the telescope and platform bug in WW, which will hopefully be fixed soon. {reported by EmuFan23}
-Phantasy Star Online Episode III: C.A.R.D. Revolution: white screen overlaying the graphics; music plays in intro and ingame! Thus, broken in OGL mode, in the sense that you can't see anything. {reported by daxtsu}
--Revision 413: OpenGL
-Pikmin: working with some graphical issues {reported by pantsfellow}
-Pokemon XD: fpscr error {reported by pjc}
-Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time: Crashes with TLB error upon start {reported by szh }

--Revision 576, x86, Direct3D, Core 2 Duo T5600, WinXP Pro SP2

-Tales of Symphonia: has nice speed a few graphic glitches and in certain screens the game won't take input... like the config screen that renders the game unplayable but ingame... {reported by KabooZ}
-Teen Titans: Crash due TLB Mapping error. {reported by monaug5}
-The Ledgend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time: The OOT games do not run {reported by Omegadox}
--Revision 576, x86 or x64, OpenGL or Direct3D, Intel Core 2 Duo, Windows Vista, HLE, SimplePAD
-Timesplitters - Future Perfect: TLB {reported by wren20v}
--x86 version, dual core
-Time Splitters 2: seems to crash randomly on loading, but Ive managed to get into single player mode before. Multi seems to work fine thoe. And by crash I mean just freeze, no error. {reported by Klownicle}

-Wario World: does nothing after that coinload before you got to the titlescreen, no crash though. {reported by Bianc0neri}
-Wave Race Blue Storm: reason Game goes to black screen after selecting start from the title screen. it crashes on charecter selection screen. I can get to the main menu, options menue etc. But once you choose a game to go into it crashes. The audio also skips on it, but if you were to example crash the game. Regarding pokemon XD, I remember someone posted on the forum that it works with plugin DX9, but doesn't work with openGL. However, I haven't tried it myself.

Mario Power Tennis (PAL) issue is fixed in the latest revisions, and is working great.

Edit: with single core is working almost at fullspeed ingame with the OpenGL plugin (of course it has graphic glitches because of my vga), but is very playable. With dual core on, there is a small speed improvement. DX Plugin, at least on my vga, is working a lot slower (7fps vs 45-50fps)

-Tales of Symphonia: Dialogs are being displayed behind everything {reported by Ieremiou}
--Revision #1067, x86, OpenGL, AMD Atholon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5200+, WinXP SP3, Dolphin DSP-HLE Plugin, Dolphin KB/X360pad

The dialogs worked with the Projection before r945 hack which has been removed since r1063.
In other words you can't see any dialogs in-game just when you start a new game and that is partially hidden by the rendering of the main character.
