Get a faster processor? There is not much you can do to boost the speed, either you get a non-existing 10Ghz CPU or the JIT core is more optimized at runtime. It is normal so far for the speed in many games to slow down.

No matter what kind of PC you have, it is never a good idea to not expect some kind of bad looking graphics. Graphics bugs are a fact of life and will always be there to some extent no matter what.

Thanks so much for a reply. I am using a Q9450 quadcore and overclock it to 3.6Ghz . It quite a powerfull CPU at this moment . By the way , i am using vista 32 and planning to change to vista 64 bit. Do you think it will be a good idea ? And do i have any fps boot if i goinig to 64 bit ?

It will go a bit faster in x64 version also then try:
Throttle off (hold TAB) + Idle Skip + Dual Core = some speed boost
at least in SSBM.

It's under options right at the bottom. But it's a recent addition so you need one of the latest SVNs.
