SSBM : Performance and Graphics (Video)

For everyone:

Some of you may know that i posted this thread over at emutalk too and i dont want to spam this but i wanted to reach more ppl with this thread so i posted it here too

now to the orginal post

Hello everyone,

As you maybe know in my last Thread (at emutalk.com) i said i really wanted to play with the Emulator and today i want to set a milestone for me and maybe for you developers too and that i would like to do with a simple 1on1 movie with editing.

YouTube - SSBM Match : Falco vs. Link

Actually its some advertising for my movie because its not very popular

But as you can see the Emulation runs nearly perfect and with decent speed so i can play it like the real game. Nothing seems to remember that this is an emulator (maybe the little gfx glitch in the newer svn build but you cant see it in final destiniation). So since i got Final Destination i got the Events and all Characters.

So i played the game and with this i want to thank all developers for working so hard that we can play Gamecube on the PC!!!

I just feeled like it to say this because it was just in my mind.

Macmaxi

P.S. Sry for my sucky english

Question

Err... What's the "weird gfx glitch"? If you play it with the OGL plugin it won't have any glitches...

you cant see it really in the movie but i uploaded a screenshot where you can see the bug

that should explain it clearly if you compare the real final destination then you see that the surface is grey and in the movie its black and you can see lots of glitches on the ground like the shadows of the characters are in "surface color" and everything else in black

Yes, I noticed some shadowing problems occurring in recent revisions.

Why not let everyone know your system specs and which build of the SVN you feel runs it the best?

Yeah, I did mention it for some days ago. All the maps do have shadowproblems, right?

Talking

That's why I didn't upgrade to 5xx versions. My 126 still does the job without any glitches with the OGL plugin.
