Sounds like your power supply is about to die or is not strong enough to take the load of a heavy GPU and CPU process and is shutting down your PC to protect it. I bet your PC crashes using PC games, too. If so, you need a new/stronger power supply.

Try lowering the overclock on your cpu and gpu.

Have you thoroughly tested your overclocks bry running orthos, prime95 and other programs overnight?

i second the prior responses, its either weak psu, or a damaged video card

I don't think it's your GPU in that case. Sounds like you've overclocked too hard without being adequately prepared. Your processor shouldn't go beyond 1.55 volts, temperature under 55c. Do you have anything beyond stock cooling? No CPU fans or heatsinks built in? 3100mhz is a bit extreme for your processor.

Just try lowering the overclock like i suggested earlier. (that obviously means returning the voltage to its default level as well)

Overclocked CPU does not cause a screen blank restart, that is clearly Video card / PSU.

Overclocked CPU would cause a BSOD or all out death of the machine with blank screen(no recovering).

I sometimes get a screen blank restart.

It requires me just pressing the restart button, once and the screen starts working.

Yep, looks like a PSU problem. The computer may have a safety feature that shutdowns the system if the PSU is overloaded (or perhaps restart die to lack of power in other parts of motherboard?) or the CPU is too hot (should make an alarm beep sound). The GPU should not be getting hot on Dolphin because Dolphin itself doesn't really utilize the GPU fully, IIAC.

Your voltage is still way too high, but whatever, it's your money.

PCXL-Fans is C2D.

I can understand it happening on a AMD64 core.
