New panic error!

I got new panic error when i did install Windows XP. What would this mean?

Please tell me how to fix this error.

PS: I did try with Rev 327 and 365.

What antivirus software are you using?

Avast Antivirus. I dont think thats the problem cause i got the same antivirus software with vista and i didn't get this error :S

Edit: Im downloading the newest Graphic driver. I tell u guys if it helps with the error.

Edit2: Nope... I didn't help me :S

Maybe a change in the Dolphin core makes this game break now?
