Hi, I'm trying to play Zelda WW but i get every few minutes a crash... But this is not the my only one problem... i'm now in "Port monee" and everytime i enter a house the dolphin screen becomes black (when that happens i cant continue to play). Is there any Fix or maybe s special Dolphin version for Zelda ww player. I'm using DolphinWX 32bit VS2008 Rev 265 thanks for helping |

try to use an older rev (80 always worked nicly for me ) or you can disable dual core mode and the other option in the INI (optimizers off or something)

But rev 80 is very old right? and if it is old it will be run alot slower.... I get the highest Fps in "rev265"(19-24) the newer version 327(12-17) is for example slower. But i will try it can you give me a link where i can download it (rev 80). |

Okey, so its devently better than "rev265" but sometimes the keyboard doesn't work for some reasons. Exemple: i get the Tingleceiver and during Link is showing the new item, i can press any key but the game isn't responing("that means i musst restart Zelda without saving....****....") Maybe its because i use "rev 83" but on Nyleveia i cant find "rev80" |

What region is your game? The item hang bug is a common bug for WW in Dolphin, there should be a patch for it around here somewhere. There should automatically be a patch included for the NTSC-U version of WW in the Dolphin Revisions by default. I have no problems playing Windwaker whatsoever even in the newest revisions. By the way the latest revision is 327 which has solved some issues since revision 267. Be sure your Windwaker dump is good, just to be safe I would try redumping it off of your original disc and see if the problem still occurs. Also your region of Windwaker might not be fully compatible with Dolphin yet.

I'm playing Wind Waker, and i've completed to Wind Temple location on Dolphin) For the first: YOU MUST PLAY IT ON 253 REVISION OR HIGHER, because previouse revisions have serious FPU bug) So here are the bugs: Emu has crashes on locations: Dragon Roost Island Temple of the Gods and some littlle islands in the sea other locations works stable^_^

2 pokerag As i play through WW I notice more and more that most of the crashes are coused by the patches that fix item bug, so if you disable the patch you will get very little problem with the game(aside from the said item bug and some random very seldom crashes ), BUT the problem here is that sometime you are required to get an item from a location where if you enable patch - you get a crash, don't enable - won't get an item. SO i suggest using revision that has builtin option of enabling patches ingame(I'm sorry but I don't remember the author of that compile, found it long ago, if the author of it reads this please answer so we all know %)), that way you can enable patches when you are getting an item and other time play with no problem. I had myself found only for REV147, but I didn't have one, so I used it on the REV 144 %), Works great for me and great FPS too, get it here - RapidShare: Easy Filehosting |

for some reason the older versions are working better... I have Europe version of Zelda WW but no original Disc. I cant found any patchs for the item bug. The only thing i found was that Zelda - The Wind Waker [PAL] **XCEDF i cant use 253 REVISIONS OR HIGHER because they are to slow or hey are full with Bugs. What do you mean with "FTU" |
