low frame rate with a decent system?

Trying both wind waker and SSBM gives me a low frame rate and really slow emulation overall. I have 2gb ram, 512 mb 8800 gts (g92), 2.1 ghz core 2 duo

is the processor bottlenecking me here? I'm on 32 bit xp with r305

What does that matter? Any build pretty much runs those games at good speeds.

Did you enable dual core in the dolphin ini file?

ok, i just checked the ini and enabled dual core, and that brought me up to a more respectable rate, however it's still pretty slow. SSBM was just running at ~22 fps

in my system, in Zelda WW, i got 15~20 fps in normal areas, and 25~30+ in small and close areas like dungeons or houses. In SSBM, in menus i got full speed, videos 25~30+ fps, 1vs1 in almost all stages i got 20~30 fps
