For me, the problem is gone if i uninstall my Kaspersky Internet Security 7.
So the problem is KIS7 grab some memory location that Dolphin want to use.
Hope someone expert out there can figure out how to make Kaspersky and Dolphin work together.

However setting Kaspersky to compatibility mode (search the kaspersky forum) should fix it.
There you go. Have fun trying the great Dolphin.

AVG or Avast is better than Kaspersky and doesnt require the memory location a lot.

Same with NOD32. I leave it running even while gaming, with system protection enabled, and it just doesn't matter. Play Call of Duty 4 on high settings, you name it. The memory footprint and processing affect nothing.

Kaspersky has a better detection engine, and the memory lockout most of the time is a result of antidialer,

I'm not sure why, however, that Dolphin is locking such a large memory range, the GCN didn't even have half that.
