Yay! I was able to compile my first Dolphin rev!

Here's Rev 3682, compiled by me. Please test to see if it's ok. I'm compiling JITIL right now and I'll upload it soon. I can't because the upload system won't let me.

You can find future revs both on nosound.97's EmuCraze forums and on my Ultimate Emulation forums.

(Only 32-bit JIT and JITIL revs).

Salut ,

as the error says, you'll have to "clean" the solution and do a full rebuild.
Also you should compile using the "Release" configuration, as the "Debug" is much slower.

to clean the solution, right click on "Solution 'Dolphin'" and clic on "nettoyer/clean solution"

Hello I had a problem...
I compile Rev 3932 for x64 bits systems : all files ok / 0 errors / 3 files skipped.
I compile with Visual C++ 2008 (full) SDK DX (March 2009) and Visual is good configured.

When i lunch the emulator into my own OS (Windows XP 64bits Sp2), it's okay.
but when i lunch my compiled dolphin with Windows 7 64bits i don't have Plugin Pad and Wiimote Plugin.... When i start a game i have a Core initialization problem....

There is a tips to do for Windows 7 working ?
What can i do ?

Thanks.

Probably one of the files that skipped during the rebuild was for the input plugin. You could always copy the plugin from the last rev

also check your Directx is up to date..

as Gareth1977 said, you have to update your DirectX to the latest redist version, which in your case should be at least March 2009 as you compiled with it

Anyone working on an SVN to get Madden 09 working? With rev 3661 I can get all the way to the ball being kicked off before getting a CPU out of bounds error. I imagine any progress made there might be easily translatable to Madden '10 due out in a week? I like playing NFL on the Wii but it would be nice to finally have NFL back on the PC after 2 years :-(.

Just tested the latest build, it has been a while since i updated, quite impressed that the sound is working in more games now (Luigi's Mansion! w00t!) But it seems that Resident Evil has a horrible projection bug, walking around the table in the dining room seems to make everything see-through

i'm trying to compile old builds of dolphin to track down what revision of the DSPHLE plugin caused Eternal Darkness to stop working, i d/l the source for r926 but when i go to compile it with vs pro 2008 i get 'Error 20 fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file '..\..\core\common\win32\release\common.lib' Plugin_VideoDX9' and for all the other plugins as well yet i can compile the latest source fine does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

That means your "Common" Project did not compile properly.
Select it, right-click, and choose Project Only > Build. Then see what errors come up.

That Pre-Build Event tries to get the current revision and write it to a file.
Check if you:
- have Source\Core\Common\SubWCRev.exe
- have Source\Core\Common\Src\svnrev_template.h (and have at least reading permissions)
- have Source\Core\Common\Src\svnrev.h (with write permissions if you compiled at least once) or have write permissions to Source\Core\Common\Src at all (Vista and above might do that in some cases, depending on where your SVN Folder is)
