[GCN]Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess [NTSC]
Dolphin x86 R1614
Settings: Every "Core" config enabled.
Plugins Used: OGL plugin, DSP-HLE, njoy 0.3.
OGL settings:"Keep 4:3 aspect ratio" enabled. "Force bi/trilinear filtering" enabled. 1680x1050 resolution.
Comments: Runs quite slowly for me. Ingame is about 15-25FPS, sound does not work like other many other games. I have hardly played any of it and i have not come across any problems. But I think there are a few problems.

[Wii]Super Mario Galaxy [PAL, English (or it hangs)]
Dolphin x86 R1614
Settings: Every Core setting is enabled.
Plugins Used: modified OpenGL plugin , DSP-HLE, nJoy.
OGL settings:fullscreen at 1440x900 resolution, for speed, with Aniso filtering 16X and overlay fps + some hacks
Comments: Game is broken in every way, expect controls... there's a lot of flickering textures (the whites one that you can see on screens), reflections are broken, and the game hangs early, also, you need to switch between projections to make it render good. Ingame is about 30-80FPS, fullspeed is 50 on PAL I guess, sound does not work.

DirectX Plugin renders the textures correctly, without flickering, but i couldn't make the hack work well with it and btw, the speed feels like it's running in interpreter
Also, as I said, the game hangs early, you can't go to the terrace because that last screen is the last thing you would get
still good to try

Mario Kart Double Dash [NTSC]
Dolphin x86 R1614
Settings: Every "Core" config enabled.
Plugins Used: OGL plugin, DSP-NULL, njoy 0.3.
OGL settings: "Keep 4:3 aspect ratio" enabled. "Force bi/trilinear filtering" enabled. "Strech to fit" enabled. 16x Anisotropic filter.
Comments: Runs at full speed with almost no slowdowns in time trials. Runs at about 30-45FPS in Grand Prix races. But sound doesn't work and this game is not completable. It crashes when you load the second race whether it be in time trial or Grand Prix.

Look at Mario Kart.. Inset has an error graphic which need to fix but the outset looks almost perfectly graphical!

sorry.. but i didn't understand anything of what you just said what do you mean by "Inset" ? were you talking about the broken HUD ?

anyway, Mario kart is using a hack from Donkopunchstania to work correctly, it kind of disable the 'dstalpha', i don't know what it is but I wonder if the game actually need it... to render the shadows maybe ?
Also, i just noticed that enabling back 'dstalpha' fixes shadows and other stuff, like the water, in both Mario Sunshine and Mario galaxy... we may need an actual fix per haps

alriight, that's because of the native resolution of the game, it's not 640x480, but a bit less, on a real gamecube the EFB is copied to XFB which resize the image to 640x480, so there's no offset, but XFB doesn't work* on Dolphin since r981

Hopefully, i have a little fix for it
So you can clearly see on the screens that the black offset disappear when enabling the XFB

* XFB doesn't work if you enable it before booting a game, but somehow manages to work if you enable it while the game is running, XFB doesn't render anything when dualcore is on, and shouldn't work in other res than 640x480 thus stretch to fit is useful with is, don't know if the fix is good tho, as it was removed in r981, and that's why it's crashing

Nice, this seems to be a problem with a lot of games.

Whenever I select XFB, dolphin crashes.

Super mario sunshine NTSC-U runs at 30 fps with in-game sound not working , but the videos work with sound. PROBLEM ~ there are translucent blocks that be around mario when i use the water gun in R1612, and also transluscent objects that appear next to certain things in the game.

(links are in my next post)

You'll find in the advanced tab of the plugin two "SMG hack" use the first one for the beginning of the game, and if the screen turns black for no reasons, enable the second one, and pleeease, don't whine if it's not working for you or something, just try again, the game is broken in any case..

P.S : for the XFB not working, it's like that since r981, i just reverted one little line so it doesn't crash anymore as soon as you lauch a game (included here), everything is explained in the corresponding SVN issue, however the XFB is still glitchy and needs some more work for PAL games
