There's just one solution to find out whether this is a fake or not.
Some people should try mario galaxy on rev1459

You shouldn't try 459 it's the same resoult like on the other 200-300 revisions, he use the program to make it look so good

If you quickly turn off then on the "Projection before R945" hack while the game is running you can see the ingame graphics for about one frame before all moving objects generate some kind of black or other effect in it's place. You can take a small screenshot if you're but that's it. :/

I DO think so, because I actually 'found' it a while back...

You can't get it to work, maybe because you're using the NTSC version (JP already reported that he couldn't get it to work with the NTSC one), but that doesn't mean everyone can't, at least PAL user can.
And btw, you're telling me it doesn't work while my post contained a screenshot of it actually looking good, well here's some more for you to trust me

An actual "in-Dolphin" video of Mario Galaxy, of course with good graphics is even coming (be sure that no one else got that, uglyest hack ever to be honest )

No worries for I have PAL but never thought its work well with pal but not ntsc ? Strange. I can test it. What config should I try once I have PAL ?

Mario (Wii) : It works only if i take English in PAL (he seems to not like French )
OpenGL : Works fast but i only can view a thing with Projection hack and there is lot of graphic problem.
DirectX : I didn't success to go in part in 3D because i had the message "RESET THE SOFTWARE? etc...".

So i don't understand how you've got great graphics.

Sorry i can't upload it, i must clean some fles, and i use family network so if i do that during some play online game i will be killed .
