Do you get this error when starting a game, it would be helpful to know the exact point where this error occurs so I can test it myself and possibly solve the issue.

Does it occur with anyone else's builds? If so, it's probably not a problem on my end, but rather the the changes/revision itself.

Im not 100% sure but it may be related at a wrong cpu detection for amd X2 processor.
I have a core2quad and neither my build or your xtreme cause the problem those guys seem to experience.

EDIT: BTW I have dump rapidcrap for a less crappy hosting

It happens as soon as you click on the exe. It seems like a dev error to me.

Im have compiling a personal fix for the 180. In fact Ive reverted the change fo the cpu detection fix made in rev180.
Check the download site in my sig for a fixed rev180. (give me 5 min approx)

EDIT: I wont fix it soon. I have almost 0 programmation knowledge and I mustr go to work. So wait a fix from the dev or if I have time and enough intellignece I might come up with it.

Yep, seems like an AMD issue. I have an AMD64 x 2 3800+ and get this error as soon as I click the exe. AMD64's do have the SSE2 instruction set, so it seems to be a detection issue as mentioned.

Anyone with a Core2Duo/Quad that can confirm if this occurs for them as well on my compiles or anyone else's?

If it's an issue related to development/cpu changes and not specifically related to compiling issues I won't be able to solve this. You'll just need to use an earlier revision such as 179 for now until they can fix it.

:Edit: Revision 181 should fix this issue.

edit: Well, overwriting the exe from the Rev 180 with the one from Rev 179 works but I don't think I'll notice any changes since the coders have probably been tweaking the exe.
