Hi,
I changed my pixel shader using ATT to 1.1 to try mario DD and now I can't go back to 3.0 !!! When I press disable over ride it does nothing... i've tried just about everything! How can I fix this?

I have found another universal solution for NVIDIA and ATI. Just use 3d-analyze.

-1.Check "skip pixel shader version 2.0" in 3d-analyze.
-2.Check the "overlay some statistics" option in dx9 plugin.
-3.Run Mario Kart Double Dash.When the race begin, disable "overlay some statistics", then, the screen become clean

lol neo you crack me up. I think as a rule of thumb your computer must be at least as powerful as the console it's trying to emulate.

I was wondering if it is possible to compile a version which doesn't require SSE2?
Probably it will have some bugs/slowdown, but I don't care. I wanna play emulated GC games!(not with the older non-SVN builds or Gekko)

Thread cleaned up: Deleted most off-topic posts (at least from page 78 and on) and banned some lamers.

As a heads up:
Use the attachment feature of the forums instead of linking to imageshack with img tags,makes the thread cleaner.
Do NOT spam the thread with off topic crap or personal flamings,if you have something to say to a single member use the PM function
Do NOT beg for compiled SVNs or whine why no progress is being made,you will get warned

Timmyhawky if your processor doesn't support sse2, forget it... Your processor is so aged that even if sse2 instructions were disabled, you would play at 2 or 3 frames per second.... 5 to 10% of the original speed!

You woultn't be playing anything, you would be watching a slideshow :\

Edit: argh bositman not fair! We posted at the same time and I didn't see the new rule

Don't worry about it,if it is about helping some member in regards to the SVN it is on topic and appreciated

I attached the latest win32 binary which I compiled to the first post,I will try to update it often and the changelog with it so people know what's changed as well.

Working fine here
Edit: Just tried to compile the latest SVN OpenGL plugin and indeed it is broken.My rev 102 OpenGL plugin worked just fine with SVN 129,so you can revert to that

Throttle = True turns the framelimiter on, right?

so if I go Throttle = False, then I should get better speeds?

Also, is SVN 129 supposed to say 126 or am I missing files?

its the latest ogl only because of an error msg added in the common project.
i never use ogl but i quoted you just so you know lol

No,simply if you can go more than full speed in places,the emulator will allow it.So if you were full 60 frames at a place it might go 80 or 90 as far as your PC can handle.
Are you talking about DolphinWx? If so,the one I attached in the first post says 128,but for some reason TortoiseSVN reports latest revision as 129 so I named it SVN 129.

As far as I know both gfx plugins require pixel shader 2 and up,if you have a pixel shader lower than that,tough luck

My gfx supports pixel shader 3.0 it has always ran with it...
yesterday I installed ATT (ati tray tools) and lowered it to 1.1 to try Mario DD but now ATT wont revert back to 3.0 and i'm stuck @ 1.1 ... i've tried CCC and reinstalling my ati drivers... I don't know what to do.... Can I change a registry entry?

Try uninstalling the ATI tray then install your ATI drivers again.

OpenGL plugin is broken, just compiled the latest release and it throws out an error when starting any game.
