With the new REV , i have gain 4 FPS on twilight princess , i have gain 4 FPS too in wind waker but only on Single core , in dual core the speed is the same .

Pad plugin is great , work very well for me.

RE Rebirth have gain more than 8 FPS for me . Before 13 Fps , now 22 FPS ^^

About the memory problem, does it related to windows virtual memory paging file?
How bout if you try to increase the size of your virtual memory? Not sure about this one tought.

I can't try it because currently i'm in the situation that can't restart my computer.

And the last attemp i suggest is try to uninstall your antivirus. (only if you know what you're doing and know how to install it again later). and then try the dolphin.

Mine is fine. Maybe it has an issue with your ATI problem. Mine is GeForce 8800GT 512mb.
