The flickering is normal with dx9, and for the ogl, I can't change it's settings but it seems to take those of the dx9 so try changing the dx9 settings (640x480 everywhere) and reselect the ogl. It should work, I mean you'll have the entire screen.

Ector, are you going add the 'Comment' column onto the game list? I miss that from the old Dolphin Beta's.

R40 and R41 are up in the usual place, plus a new changelog link to show changes in revisions pulled from the SVN.

ector, you don't mind me providing these binaries in this way do you?, i don't want to be pissing anyone off or something.
