Tales of Symphonia on Rev 1166 versus Rev 1027.
Graphics: World map shows every time now.
Speed: Main menu is full speed, cutscenes 40-45FPS(-10 if someone is speaking). Ingame 35FPS average. Battles 20-30 FPS.
Sound: Plays well, understandably choppy in cutscenes.
Other Issues: Still no dialog boxes thanks to missing r945 projection hack. Random crashing fixed(woo!) Saves from older version(r1027) do not work, and give a "card needs formatting" text upon starting game.

Status: Ingame, playable if the projection hack can be coded back in.

Tested on Athlon X2 4400+, Radeon X1900, 2 gigs DDR2 ram(speed unknown).
Plugins: OGL 0.1, HLE Sound plugin, Dolphin KB/X360 Pad.

Just for beta testing.

r1157
Ghost Squad: not playable (DC,IS), broken noisy Sound, Wiimote ok.
Wii Sports: playable 25-40 fps (DC,IS), sound ok, Wiimote ok.

r1166
Ghost Squad: playable 25-30 fps (DC,IS), Sound OK, Wiimote ok.
Wii Sports: playable 25-40 fps (DC,IS), NO SOUND, Wiimote ok.

So basicaly about sound, what's fixed in r1166 has broken Wii Sports.

It's so strange, some Revisions give me a DX9.dll error but most don't, 1166 gave me it, why does this happen?

With some versions, upgrading to the latest DX9 solved that message, though some still give it. Still, DX9 plugin always gives me the 1GB continuous memory error + crash anyway, even if the revision I'm running loads the plugin correctly.

I can't test your revision this week end sniff, but i have a question for you Jpeterson. Is it normal that you and F|res and you works separatly to the sound for do the same thing or you works each other in seperate part of sound? your fixe make most games run with good sound? or just Sports?

[Wii] Dolphin has sound!

Fires was probably busy so he didn't have time to post the fix right away. So I posted it instead.

More games should have sound now, for example Wario Land, Pokemon Battle Revolution and Top Spin 3.

Hello! Does anyone know is there a way to play umbrella chronicles and others wii games with the keyboard? It is too difficult to play wii games with the wii remote!

Also how can i connect the wii remote on the pc? Can i connect it on a usb port?
