no; in order to use wiimote with dolphin you only need to pair the wiimote with your computer then start dolphin.

What do you need to do in order to pair the Wiimote with the PC? Can anybody post a how-to thread perhaps?

Connect it like any other BT device, no? I doubt there'd be a special procedure.

I didn't realise you could just pair a Wiimote with a PC. Would have thought they would have encrypted it somehow. Well that makes it easy.

Wow, Fire Emblem for Wii is actually playable now! It's kinda slow (20-30 fps), there is no sound and some graphical glitches, you can't save the game, but it WORKS! Great job guys (I assume there are no girls working on the Dolphin...).
Unfortunately, the bug which makes impossible to finish gamecube version of the game still persists (issue 214). Still, the emulator made *amazing* progress!

does this make other wii games compatible, I assume it must because a lot of them just needed a wiimote... aside from ssbb which needs dual layer support... I'm so happy to hear fire emblem works, just hope new ones work too... hopefully some day Ill do what I always wanted and play mario galaxy in crispy 1080p... mmmm... 1080P (drools)

I request the rev 926 if someone could be so nice to hand it to me...
I want to try Megaman X Command Mission since it crashes on newer builds.

rev 1085

- Soul Calibur II no longer boots just shows a black screen with slow fps (5-8)fps...
- SSBM runs smoother (??) in comparison to rev 1062
- Paper Mario TTYD keeps looping at the gate in the prologue. Music + sound works in some rares cases...

Little update... Also now that i have a wii i'm looking forward for brawl to be emulated... Also i see some kaillera support in the near future hehe (SSBM tournies xD)

kaillera is an obsolete system, riddled with security defects.

No frame limiter for now, but in the last Rev (1093) we can now use the keyboard besides the use of the mouse for the Wiimote plugin (i will test it now). Added in the rev 1090 by jpeterson57.

The button from keyboard:

1 : "1"
2 : "2"
+ : "P"
- : "M"
Home : "H"
Left : left button
Right : right button
Up : up button
Down : down button

There isn't still interface to config it.
