You're really confused buddy. "the release of the source code opened up the development", it doesn't finish it. Who do you think it's developing the new revisions?

Omegadox latest revisions work pretty fine, maybe you could ask him what he did in order to circle around that bug.

My last revision upload is 576, I did update the source, and it says 576 for some reason, not sure what happened.

I'm actually surprised. Since they went open source it seems the original devs have been working on the code more than ever before, either that, or they were always working on the code and we were just never able to tell until the google page was available to everyone to see.

This emulator has had a massive following for a very long time, and I think the problem was that the devs never really let the common folk know what was going on and being improved. To me, the best part of the open source announcement was not that the code is open for all to see, but now the project is easier to follow and we all can see what is being done, instead of just months/years going by without any info at all being shared.

"r590 Might Fix the Viewer in Windows"

Did this fix work?

Edit: Just checked the comments, apparently it didn't

Do you mean in the revision that you already have up, or the latest source?

EDIT: And also, has the speed improved any?

omega: that is because svn revision does not cause dolphinwx and the video plugins to be rebuilt. therefor, the newer number isnt compiled in.

Does anyone know if the Wiimote plugin plans to take input directly from a bluetoothed wiimote or if it'll be via a prog like GlovePIE?

Greetings all, I was just away for a short while. I see that Xtreme2damax is saying that there are problems with the new revision that have been updated, but with the revision 579 from omegadox, I'm not having any problems at all. Can someone please try to compile the latest revision 600 and tell us it if works, please?

Omegadox, would you mind sharing how you got later revisions to work without crashing when the emulator tries to load the games list?

I've been awaiting a possible fix so I can start uploading new revisions again, and I am unsure if revision 590 resolves this, apparently revision 580 didn't either.

Update source and compile? All I has rememberz =p, else I do not know why it works. I'll have to make another upload soon and test the lastest and see if it crashes for me.

Omegadox! BABY! Your SVN Rev 579 is outta here!!! I mean, when I gave it a try Friday night I was BLOWN AWAY! The FPS in Naruto games is... I think 60+!!! That Idle Skipping option rules!! I've noticed that with it the FPS count is false. Anyway, with the previous SVNs the FPS were from 15 to 30 max but now.... Wow, doggy! Easy, boy! Those changes with the reverted code seem to really do something... something ATOMIC!!! I was so pumped(just like now)! Oooohh.... So, I wanted to tell you GREAT JOB!! And, of course, that goes to everyone who puts efforts in improving Dolphin! I know I'm not the first one to say this and probably I won't be the last but Dolphin has really improved a lot since it went open source!

P.S. Who knows, I just might say it again sometimes!

Works for me, maybe a certain ROM you have causes the banner loader to crash?
