Performance depends mostly on your cpu, post your system please. To play it at full speed you need a fast core2duo /quadcore.

I'd say (as many have said it to me too):
It's good to play, but never with full speed! We have similar stats and same FPS on running! You may consider your system as "good enogh" but the emu doesn't On the other hand: the emulation is still not quiet perfect, so in the future there may be some chance that the emu itself gets faster. Be patient!

I have a Quadro QX6600 @ 2.4 ghz 6gb ram and nvidia 9800gtx gfx card and only get 30fps on smash, its a great speed but not full speed, i think one needs a core2 extreme to get full speed...... oddly enough, using ogl plugin in vista i get around 41 to 45fps and in xp only 30... isnt xp supposed to be faster?

Personally though, I dont have 1 single game that runs too slow to be enjoyable, i think its plenty fast and would focus more on compatibility than speed... just implementing TLB would make like 20 games compatible....

A little late, but I have revision 438 x86 and x64 up, download link is in my sig. Keep an eye on the compatibility list I am compiling, I will gradually be adding more games to it.

Well for me, dolphinm is only a means of playing my fave ngc games in glorious HIGH DEFINITION!!! I make all my isos using usb gekko, I don't dl them... I love nintendo games, but HATE 480P!!! that was my bigggggest issue with the wii, im sure if wii were HD it would have been taken more seriously by gamers...alot of ppl that own a wiii only use it as a party machine to bowl and play tennis on Xmas/Hanukkah... Mario Galaxy to me is better than gta iv (although gta is close second) because of the enormous plot and *DETAIL* & I wanna enjoy that detail in HD because we are in 2008! a 100$ computer screen is minimum 720p... If nintendo sold a 200$ HD addon, I would buy it, (and would therefore see no use in an emulator) even n64 (I couldnt rip my carts but...) I still only used the emu to play those games in glorious 1920x1200 (at the time 1024x768) which is still 720p I REALLY hope Nintendo smartens up and allows wii and gc games to play in HD on there next console, no hd = big mistake... I dont care that the wii is wiiker (721mhz) and I dont care that polly counts are lower ... thats fine, but minimum 720p is a must.. they even advertise the wii on an hdtv lol

I don't agree with that at all. I use a few good emulators for N64, SNES, NES, Dreamcast (I still own these consoles but would rather use the emulator equivalent on a PC) and a few other systems to replace my actual console and Dolphin will be in the same category one day.

Viewtiful Joe gets ingame with the latest revision, before it would just freeze before the title screen on the logo.

Plays with decent speed although it has slightly broken graphics with the OGL plugin (Not sure about the DX9 plugin).

theres equally no reason not to go x64, its slightly faster, better memory managment (up to 128gb) and its compatible with x86 apps....

the memory management is the same as X32's. the Addressing is just 64bit's which removes virtual addressing out of physical memory space.

yeh, i know wat u mean, i know a 32 bit addy cant assign more then 4gb but if you have 6gb on 64, you an use a full 4gb 4 32bit app and like 2 for the kernel rather than 2 wasted, 1 4 kernel and 3 for app...
