DeSmuME 0.7.3 released!

Quote:
The new things in this release are a Cocoa port and translations support for Gtk-glade port.

With the Cocoa port, Mac OS X users can now fully enjoy DeSmuME on their favorite system!
The Mac port doesn’t yet have all the features of the other ports but should run all games with near same compatibility.
(DeSmuME running on Mac OS X)

Translations are now available on three ports: Cocoa, Gtk-glade and Windows, feel free to send us new translations (there’s instructions on how to do it in README.TRANSLATION).
Code:
gtk-glade:
  - Full localization using intltool/gettext. [evilynux]
 general:
  - Added a README.TRANSLATION documenting the localization process. [evilynux]
 MacOS X:
  - Initial version of the Mac interface added. [Jeff B]

Nice dupe thread . Bah, who cares, it fits here after all.

Crossplatform porting is always a welcome improvement.

So, simply a Mac release, eh?
Still, awesome job. Keep it up!

then all you do here at ngemu is post screenshots of your "implemented" version, saying that have fixes here or there, but in the end it's just for you and some "friends" that's not funny.

ShakirMole,

You shouldn't ask.

Shash will if he feel like.

Ok, now you really made me mad, so let's show how wrong you're with the only way I know (proving it with existing data/logs/posts):

- Last time I talked about my build. I guess you read, as me, that I said that in the PAST TWO MONTHS I've not made public any of my code and that I wasn't contributing to official desmume. Isn't that clear enough? Ok, let's continue.

- On the official 0.7.2 thread, I already stated that I was working on other stuff. I've my personal reasons, but you're the perfect example of why I prefer to work on other stuff atm, or simply work on desmume for myself (and no, I haven't given a copy of my build to anyone, I use it to develop stuff FOR the DS without f* up my flashcart). Isn't that clear enough? Ok, let's continue.

- I just checked my last 60 posts again, to see if I posted any screenshots here, and yes, last one, and not related to desmume, to point Lino what was causing the issue that was discussed in an Ideas thread. Lino never asked what was the game expecting, so I never cared to explain, but, more important, I stated that it was only half working. Wasn't that clear anough? Ok, let's continue.

- More screenshots, here. All of them stated in the links that are incomplete implementations/hacks that I'm not willing to release. Clear enough now? No? Ok, one last thing.

Quoting myself:

Also it's important, that I'm commiting changes to the CVS when I feel like, so even if the code it's on my WIP, doesn't mean it'll be on next release. This is due to several reasons that I don't want to explain, but it's important to remember :P
You say I only post shots? Ok, let's check, from the list of major changes (and that doesn't include the hundreds of fixes and hours to fixes you'll never know I did to official desmume, but that I can prove thanks to the desmume CVS and my own SVN server):

- Major speedup to the 2D core [shash]
Up to 40% speed up of the 2D games.

- Added support for sprite rotation/scaling [shash]
I guess this one is self-explanatory.

- Added support for the 3D core (openGL and null plugins) [shash]
Remember ALL the 3D original 3D core is mine, not to mention that, to this date, only a small (lower than 3%) has been modified by other coders.

So, basically, two of the major DS subsystems were done entirely by me, in case it wasn't clear.

Now, think if I really did enough stuff to be here posting. And, better, if you want to criticize me, please do it properly next time, not with lies that come from your imagination.

i didn't specified anything here, i'm not even following desmume updates so i don't know... but you said very clearly in this post "And probably never be" so, that's for me means that probably you'll never release your build or fixes or sourcecode or anything else that you did. i don't have anything against if you decide to not release anything, but came here and post screenshots of your "godly" version isn't a good thing if you have intention of not releasing anything... Well, that's what i think, I'll stay quiet for now.

no flame war plz ;p

The problem is that I didn't do so, and your just making stuff up, and that's what I already stated on the lastest post. Read the whole post and UNDERSTAND it before repeating the same again. Not to mention that I already released a lot of my code, so stop saying that I didn't.

In fact, I already said everything in my lastest post, so better STOP LYING and read the damn post and the facts instead of embarassing yourself showing how wrong you're. Again.
