Talking Some tiny fixes

Quote:
By Shash:
As everyone seems to be releasing hell a lot of screens of WIPs, and I'm too lazy to make a new post in my blog, I'll just abuse this forum to show some WIP. Mainly transparency oriented, with some examples from "Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow". First a little comparison between current CVS (left) and WIP (right):

And this is how the WIP looks ingame:

I'll commit it when I get it tested, but as it's a bit of a hack, don't hold your breath...
Keep on rockin desmume!

Let me rephrase: I meant in the next version along with these WIP fixes ( assuming a permanent method is found to fix them since this was called a hack ) I also hope to get some speed and compatibility improvements. I wasn't aware that I put any words into your mouth, oh never mind I get it you're being picky about a forum post. Thanks for making us aware that there won't be any speed improvements in your next version though.

I meant that it was not related to this topic (so it's offtopic, thus shouldn't be here): I'm not saying it will be slower or faster, you'll have to wait for the next version/WIP to see. Maybe I was a bit too picky, but after seeing in EVERY thread something in the lines "and what about speed? I want speed. Will it be faster? SPEED!", it gets a bit annoying.

Shash, the emu is coming along VERY nicely. I'd say you guys are doing a very good job. However, when some of us play enough of the games on your emulator, and many (if not all) seem to work, our (consumers?)... attention, may divert from compatibility to speed.

Yeah I understand.. I agree it was off topic and I realize it's annoying after hearing it over and over. I'm not somebody who begs the devs and I appreciate the work you guys do and I realize it's not going to make it go any faster by posting asking for speed increases which is a pretty obvious need already for most newer emulators so I don't take offense... and yeah my last comment was completely sarcastic .. anyway with that said the emu does look like it's coming along nicely and I hope you guys find the permanent fixes you're looking for.
