Can i make digimon world ds play fast because i played it and it is very slow

Try no$gba but if you do not know how to use it then just wait for the next version to improvement in this desmume emulator. That's all you can do.

Edit: Remember, no$gba doesnt saved this game.....YET!

Actually Rockman it does save if you use these settings on NO$GBA.

you should get a newer version of no$gba since no$gba v 2.4 is out one week ago

Both DeSmuME and no$gba save fine.
