Pokemon Dungeon Blue Team Colors Errors

I just downloaded Blue Rescue Team and everything works great, the only problem i'm having is that the colors seem to be reversed or inverted in some manner. It goes away when I open a menu at the top, but as long as i'm playing, the error persists. Here's a picture to show what i'm talking about. Any ideas?

Uh, isn't this a forum for emulation? I'm sure it pretty much goes without saying that if we're using an emulator we've downloaded something. Sorry, not trying to be rude, but it does seem silly that it's not allowed to talk about roms on an emulation site.
