Ngemu and DeSmuMe Source download problem

I decided to download the source of this Nintendo DS emulator, and study it, but I am having a problem.

The link to the source or direct download on Ngemu's main page, the one that's the news annoncement, Either gives me one of two errors when trying to extract the contents.

error 1 when trying to extract: there are no files to extract.

error 2, trying to open witout extracting: the compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted.

When I try to extract using 7-zip, I get a "This is not a supported archive"

I've tryed to redownload a few more times, with no success.

Is that download link not working right for some reason? can someone give me a working link to download the DeSmuME Source?
