No there aren't and honestly I don't see the point of skinning an emulator, you play the game, not awe-ing at the interface. :/

There will never be skins in desmume, unless by some freak chance a person who is competent enough to code them actually cares about them enough to code them. And is then able to wrestle me into submission to check them into the windows port.
