Working HQ2XS and LQ2X(S) Filters

Managed to get HQ2XS working after looking at its implementation in Rice Video(N64 Video plugin)
Also got LQ2X filters implemented also thanks to the Rice Video source code

Patch with both LQ2X and HQ2XS filters

NOTE: I also posted this on the official DesMuME forums

?What do you mean by Works in Desmume 0.9.4? HQ2X works in 9.4 but HQ2XS is not implemented and the source code for it is stuffed which my patch fixes up.

Also a patch with both LQ2X and HQ2XS Filter

Since all the code is GPL, why don't you death--droid port over the filters from GlideHQ? They use a similar filter interface .

I kindly ask you credit me also, as it was I that implemented it into RV and GlideHQ respectively. Though, Nitsuja was the one that came up with the original algo in VBA
